Nowadays, we all hear about the field of Bioinformatics. Many people are aware of it, but they don’t really know much about it or how to get started. This brings us to an important point: what exactly is bioinformatics?

Bioinformatics is a science that allows us to collect and analyze biological data through tools, software, and programming languages. This makes the biological data clearer and easier to work with, enabling us to reach conclusions that we need to know.

Someone might ask, ‘Well, what about data visualization?’ With R and Python, you can actually learn visualization.

In order to learn bioinformatics, you need to learn R and Python languages.
